Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping is estimated to take between 2–5 business days.
Please note: potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may occur on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
After your order is fulfilled, we are not responsible for shipping delays or refunding shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. This risk of loss of the product transfers to the customer upon HairStixies providing the package to the shipper.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hairstixies@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We do not currently ship internationally.Â
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
